I like that I can customize what goes into it but thier shipping is OUTRAGIOUS. I decided I was gonna order a 1 pound bag just to try it if I like it's flavor and effect I plan to start buying from them. my product ended up around $14.75 (with the flavor I wanted and jug and all the extras) so I go to checkout figureing well the things packaged up and all cant be over 2lbs.
My shipping was $10.52.... A flat rate box will hold quite a few of those 1lb bags and only cost $8 and change so I wasn't to happy with thier shipping policies, Sorry if it sounds like I am ranting on them everything other than the shipping seems pretty nice.
