Started the morning with my Results Orange, 2 Thermocin 2 scoops of Nitrean with some breakfast and off to the gym I go. Downtown Fitness in Covington with Kellum and the crew.

Sat. Heavy Bench

Warm-up in the Smith. Remember no counter weight.

405x1 Easy (First time I've had that much in my hand sin a month.)
Shirt on all sets with a 2 BRD (DBL Katana) loose shirt

635x1 Didn't feel heavy in my hands, but it was a slow grind to the top.

Great shock to the system. It was good to feel some weight in my hands again.

No doubt you are sore today. It's always a shock when you haven't benched in the shirt in a while. Thems is some nice weights.

We all train really hard balls to the wall for the Biggest Bench on the River on May 10th. We just needed a break for the heavy weight and did some reps for a month to heal nagging pains. You Jesse is getting. (Hope he does read this :-). That's all though just to take a little break.

I feel pretty good actually. Nothing hurts or is tight even my nagging elbow feels fine. My hands are sore but thats normal for me. I dont have big hands so its kind bone one bone with the heavy weights.
