I am a workout fanatic; I do weightlifting, wrestling, martial arts & running. I always have stuck to a high protein diet, but I feel I need more carbs to increase my energy. I have tried whole grains (whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bagels, etc), but they always have high fiber and I have a sensitive stomach and high fiber = a lot of time on the toilet. :) Does anyone have any suggestions of good foods for energy to put into my high protein diet that don't have high fiber. I am not picky so they don't have to be great tasting just decent enough that I don't go insane trying to eat them.
