Hello, I have been skinny my whole life and i want to change now. Like i dont want to be a bodybuilder but i want to have nice abs and i want to get abit bigger. I am 24 and 5'9 but iam only 126 pounds. I didnt really eat much, like sometimes i would eat bars and that and maybe 2 meals or something but never really cared what i ate. But latly i decided to go to school to be a trainer but i dont start till sept. But right now i dont have a clue about what to eat. I got protein stuff to make shakes and that, but what kinds of foods and how much i need help with. And i read so much about lifting weights, like some say lift 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps and others say to get bigger you should lift heavy weights from 4 to 8 reps. And how much water should i drink?. Ok one last thing left to, doing stuff for abs like crushes or sit ups, how many should i do to get abs and that, well i said all i need to , so if someone can help me out i would be thankfull.
