Do all of the Muscle Milk RTD's taste a lot better than the powders? I noticed that the Chocolate flavor was like this.
I'd much rather buy the powder, but if they all taste a lot worse I might just keep buying the RTD's at Sam's club.
Thanks.

The powder is cheaper and tastes better to me. The RTDs are much too sweet.

That's why I'd rather buy the powder. But I tried the chocolate powder, and it tasted 30x worse than the chocolate RTD...and it had less protein per serving.
Maybe I had a bad batch, or I should try mixing it with milk...but I'm hoping there's a flavor that's better than the chocolate powder.

i'll be honest man, theres not much out there that tastes better than muscle milk. your probably gonna have to just suck it up and drink it or eat a lot of chicken.

Like I said, maybe I had a bad batch. I bought it at Target!...and it was very moist to begin with. I couldn't even measure an exact scoop because it was so clumpy out of the container.
I'm going to experiment and give some other flavors a try.

I'd say it would depend on how many scoops you're using and how much water/milk...of course they're going to say use water to keep the nutrition facts accurate, but i'd say 1.5 to 2 scoops in about 14-16oz of cold milk would give the best taste in my opinion. This is my first post I'm glad I found this forum! I've been a GNC employee for about 4.5 years now so I hope to be on here alot more now. best of luck!

chicken is still the best but that being said, MM RTDs are probbly the best RTDs I've had but they are ridiculously expensive

i think ive noticed the same... im sure it has something to do with preservation of the rtd's in liquid form.
personally, I prefer the rtd because they seem more thick, rich, and creamy than the actual powder...
in other news if you guys go to your local 24 hour fitness they have a sale on tubs for 19.99

I actually bought the Creme Brulee powder, and it's pretty good...a lot better than the chocolate powder.
