Ive been taking it for about a month now, and I can honestly say that I dont notice much of a difference. I dont know if it is because my body isnt really all too dependant on it (bulking...). Or if I havent been taking it for long enough.
I usually take it pre-wo by itself... but I am gonna try it with some CEE or just monohydrate and see where that takes me.

i feel the same way. even though I know its just carbs...no different then corn sugar, but dex seems to me to make me more plump quicker. plump in putting on lbs

I did not notice much of a difference except i was much less bloated than with dextro or malto

I really like it. I used it on my last bulk. I'd take 80g during my workout and 160g post workout. At my heaviest I was 265lbs. Stuff works great, but you've gotta take alot of it

I've been taking it pre and post workout for the last few months and I like it better than malto/dextrose. I just started taking it first thing in the morning with breakfast as well.
