Ok, so I have been doing so much research and this is what I have come up with. It may be completely wrong, but that is what you guys are here for, right?
Food:
140 G Protien; 560
80 G Fat; 560
50 G Carbs. 200 (25 G of which is fiber)
Daily. 1,320
I'm not going to count green and yellow vegetables, I'm going to call them free foods.
For my workouts I am planning to do Built's "Baby Got Back" program with a 30minute cardio warmup, just because I enjoy cardio.

Ok, so now you guys tear it apart and I'll fix it some more. =]

Way to start. You might want to add the number of reps and sets in addition to the weight you are using. such as 3x10x125 for 3 sets of 10 reps with 125 lbs. It might be helpful to those wanting to offer feeback. Also, what routine are you using?

According to her previous post she's using the Baby Got Back routine. Perhaps those numbers are her initial 1RMs?

Hey, builderbabe, something that caught my eye, fiber counts for practically no calories, so if 25 of your 50 are fiber, then you're actually only consuming 100 calories in carbs.
