ok so i use to work out like a crazy person about two years ago and would take all to good supplements and even some pro hormones back when they were still legal. one day though i basically out of the blue decided f this and stopped goin like that. this has left me about 40 pounds lighter today and as i have just graduated college im may im going to have the time schedual i need in order to get back to the gym. my question is what suppliments/diet should i try out in order to get back to my old self quickly (legally) safely ive been out of this world for a while and really dont know the new and improved stuff/methods that might have been developed in the past two years. thanks for any help.:hello:
