Hi there.
So i´m 224 pounds approx 15-18% body fat.
i´ve calculated that i need about 3000 kcal to maintain my weight.
I was planing on eating around 2500 kcal a day.
40% protein
40% carb
20% fat.
i do 3 heavy workouts a week.
My goal is to loose fat with minimum muscle loss.
What effect would you imagine this diet will have on me?
Would you suggest a diftrent aprouch?
