hey guys what do you think of my pre and post wo shakes? I've been reading through all the threads and feel slightly more confused than before.
Right now i take a pre-wo shake that is:
whey
oats
soy milk
(sometimes peanut butter)
and post-wo shake is:
whey
yogurt /w fruit on bottom or stirred
soy milk
(sometimes peanut butter)
Any advice/opinions? Thanks guys
