I started lifting consistently about a year ago and have been cutting the ENTIRE time. I finally get to start my first bulk. I'm so excited. I haven't seen gains since my newb gains. I am going to do a super clean bulk at 2600 cals/day. My maintenance is about 2200 or so. I originally wanted to cut to get a six pack and all that crap, but I looked in the mirror at the gym today and said to myself, "crap shane, you're looking puny." And so I begin my first bulk. Any advice?

Keep the intensity up. During my second bulk I really didn't give my legs enough volume. Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb.

what are your stats and what where they?

Lost a few lbs on my bench but everything else is very close. Numbers kinda suck mainly because I have chicken legs(for squats and DL's)

Bench - 245x3 Was 265x2 or so
Squat - 275x4
DL - 295x4

Thanks for the adviice man.. I'll be sure to bulk my legs up. I'll be squatting and DL'ing twice a week, so that should do it I think.
