No reason to show before and after on the legs since they are almost exactly the same.

You look so much better. Skin looking clearer too, being lean agrees with you. Time to start slow bulking now, clean and slow.

Hardly any. I cut pretty slow(1-1.5 lbs/week) My bench went down maybe 15 lbs but everything else stayed the same.

Thanks man. You read my mind! I started bulking today.. clean of course. It feels GREAT to eat again. mmmmm.

Question for you: Most people say eat 500 cals above maintenance when bulking. That should get you a pound a week. Well if I want to make sure most of my weight gained is muscle, should I cut that down to 3-400 above maintenance?

You're looking good. I agree with fpr that your lower back appears to be a weak point, but you still look great man.

Twice a week now since I started bulking. Due to my chicken legs I'm not putting up much weight though. I was doing GM's when I was cutting to try to compensate. I've already added 20 lbs to my deadlift this week alone. Could've been because I was pumped about being able to eat again.

Much appreciated. It was hard work but it was so worth it.
