What exactly does "Stacking" mean?

I know this is a pretty remedial question. I posted a similar question at the end of the thermoxin and Yho ES thread but it got no responses. I figured it prob got burried at the end of 5 pages but it's a pretty basic question that I'm sure most of you know.

Someone posted in that thread that they did a themoxin and Yho ES "stack". What exactly does that entail? Essentially, what does it mean to do a stack?

I believe that stacking is the idea of taking multiple supplements. ES... if it was EC it would be ephedrine, caffiene, but I don't know what ES.

So it doesn't mean taking them in any specific structure, just to supplements used in conjunction with one another?

So for example, if i take thermorexin and yohimburn as instructed that would be what is meant by a stack?

yeah..stacking is just taking more than one supplement at a time. I'm stacking maximus, results, and ETS and loving the PR's I'm hitting HAHA!

Cool stuff. With my new found knowledge, Im thinking about getting on a Thermoxerin/Yohimburn ES stack and possibly adding Glucerall R to that to supplement my routine.

What do you guys think.

Also, they sell the combo at the AF store and I read something about the discount count, which I tried and it is apparently expired. Are there any other coupon codes out there?

stack just means supplements that complement the action of each other. Thermorexin being an oral thermogenic/stimulant and Yohimburn ES being a transdermal thermogenic/lipolytic (its primary function is as an alpha2 blocker, allowing stubborn fat- alpha2 receptor dense/rich- tissue utilization).


Yohimburn ES is stackable with most stimulant based fat burners, including Ephedrine and caffiene stack.
