Well i recently joined WBB and figured i may as well post up some progress pics. Any areas of work or suggestions i am more than welcome to, thats what these forums are for. I am really glad i decided to incorporate weight lifting and proper diet into my every day life. I just turned 18 and am trying to bulk up before summer. Also if anyone wants to give me a BF% estimate would be great. Please excuse the farmers tan and the death look, I didnt know how long the camera timer was set so i was trying to hold the pose until it took the pic. Thanks a lot.

**Last 2 picstures are new ones, trying to bulk a little/ new routine.**

It's great to have you on the forums man. You're about 14% body fat in my opinion.

Yup 14% too is my guess so you're pretty lean. Good luck with your goals.

You have a decent base to start off with. Lift with heavy compound movements. Remember to eat and rest, they are as important as training. good luck with your goals.

Thanks a lot. I do bench press but never tried squats or dead lift. Going to give them a try starting next week. Im up 6 pounds this month so hopefully i continue to grow the way i am.

Your going to be shocked at how much the squat and deads will help you grow.

And not just in your legs. You'll see growth just about everywhere.

Couldn't have said it better. I give sympathy to the people who are upper body ONLY gurus :P

That would help, yes. If you're just starting out on squats and deads (which are or should be two pillars of your training), then you might want to go with a pre-made training regime like the Starting Strength 3x5 or the various 5x5 options out there. Those focus on the big 3, especially squats, and will get you up to speed fast.

Doesnt mean i just do upper body, i still have leg days just i have never done squats or deads. Just do a search to find these 5X5 routines im assuming ?

5x5 routines for deads/squats/bench work well. With a little research you will figure it out. You look familiar, where are you from?
