I don't really notice much of a difference. Maybe it is the lighting or something.

Look at the lovehandles. That's the main difference I see.

Fuzz, why are you cutting at all? I thought oly lifting and getting stronger was your main priority?

Thats about it. The belly doesnt hang out as much anymore.

Thats the depressing thing, 25 pounds gone and the diference aint that huge.

As for wy I am cutting.

1. mechnaics of Oly lifting... snatching around a belly the size of mine is tricky.

2. Lower weight class will make me much more competetive.

3. Vanity... I want to just go to the beach and take my shirt off and feel happy.

Strength is getting ****ed up. I was closing in on a 500 pound atg squat but now 352 for triples is a struggle.

However, my speed has greatly increased. I move alot faster.

All that is a good deal man, props...and as you well know, we'd kill to have quads like yours.

Yes, get to the 94's. and then get to the 85s! and who knows... maybe the 77s, but thats unlikely

It is a special technique, one wich cant be properly devloped at my age.

I actually thought about it, and in the past two years I have consumed over 250 chickens.

Simpy put, alot of supers have to lean back alot earlier to get around their gut, its very hard on the back and legs and very dangerous for young lifters.

There is alot more to it. Ill ask my coaches.
