An ice cold beer is on a lot of peoples minds late at night after a hard days work, a solid workout, and eating with good intentions throughout the day.
My ideal physique that I have been working towards is to tone up the current (bulkier) muscle mass that I have.
When is the actual consumption of the beverage becoming detrimental too ones building/toning progress?
I would appreciate any guidance by someone who has incorporated a few beers at night into their workout/diet schedule. Should I stop, cut down, just moderate it, or make way for light beer.
