When I hit my target weight. Or if my face starts to get chubby.
Bulk by eating whatever I see (no rhyme or reason) until my weight hits an equilibrium. Cut only when I need to make weight for a show as I just did. No forcing either at this point. If I start to get lean at 220 (ha) Then I may force another bulk.

Yeah, I'm basically with Slim. I kind of carb cycle, so I cut during my off-days and bulk during my other days. I just work on bulking really slow basically and never go over 10% BF (usually 8%)... When I have a couple weeks off school/work (happens a couple times a year) I'll bulk a little more, because I can do 2-a-days and benefit from a double anabolic window.

i gave up on bulk/cut cycles, but if I were to do them... I would bulk till I felt too fat and cut when I felt lean enough.

I bulk until I feel gross in the mirror (14% or so), and cut until I can't stand to keep dropping weight in the gym

4.5 days cutting, 2.5 days bulking..
sometimes I extend it.. 8.5 days cutting, 2.5 days bulking..
sometimes I extend the bulk.. 8.5 days cutting, 6.5 days bulking..
