If you are in the northeast come check out my seminar on 7/19. I have a over a decade of powerlifting knowledge. It will be mostly a hands on seminar so bring your belt, wraps, and shirt. I will cover unequipped lifting as well. See you there. http://www.totalperformancesports.com/seminars/Vinney_08.htm

Thanks. I'll have to get my big butt down to TX one day. I have learned so much at seminars. I am psyched to be presenting one.

Travis,

We'll keep you in our hearts.:hello:

To echo Vincent's sentiments, if you're in the northeast, get to Boston on July 19th. It's always a good time at Murph's. Great facility. It's going to be a great seminar covering all aspects of bench training. Unequipped, equipped, accessory work, you name it. Once that is done, it's time for a real workout. Get in touch with Murph using the link that Vincent posted. Look forward to seeing you guys there.

Oh, I'm stealing from you, Sebastian, Crawford, Chabot, Waterman, and many others. I have had the good fortune of learning from a lot of great lifters. That's what these seminars are all about. Don't worry. I'll take care of you. I'll send you an Inzer t-shirt. Large, right?

$75 seems like a steal to me, considering that many personal trainers will ask that per hour.

Thanks guys. For those who are far away a dvd might be in the works. I need to get my numbers back up in a respectable range first. We'll see what I can do this weekend.

It's not Canada, it's Canadia. At least that's what Rhodes tells me. I love Canadia, it's nice and cold up there.

I think the presenter needs to be generous with the gym owner. Murph at TPS has always been very good to me. So I am mostly covering my expenses with my share considering Boston is about a 3 hour ride and I'll have to eat and feed my partners who attend. I really just want to give back. I have trained with some of the strongest people in the world. I know how much lifting with experienced lifters has helped helped me.

I talked to Murph yesterday. He said 9 people have officially signed up and he expects about 13-15 to end up attending. That's an awesome turn-out. Even if it just stays at 9.

I know Pop and one of his training partners are coming down. It's going to be a great time. Any excuse to talk lifting and get some good training in is worth it.
