View Full Version : I have just discovered grilled cheese sandwhiches.

I am in love.
Do you guys think I can have two of these every morning?

How I make it:
2 slices whole wheat bread, 160cals, 6g protein, 30gcarbs, .4g saturated fat
cheese - 120cals, 7g protein, 10g fat(under it, it says 6g saturated)
a little bit of butter on each side of the bread

So in the end it's around 460cals, plus some juice so around 500cals for breakfast.
Think I can eat this everyday?
I'm on a bulk, 140lbs,5'10".

I put cheese on everything I eat during a bulk. It's no miracle food :P

And I dont know what you can have in the morning... do you have room in there? If so do it.

Add 2-3 slices of turkey bacon (maple flavor if you can get it). Get the kind that looks like ham or real meat, not the ground baloney looking stuff (i.e. Oscar myer).

Yes eat it up...And feel lucky that you love a bulking food that much. You're gonna get sick of it after awhile if you eat it every day though.

Mix up your sheese with some tuna and mayo, then put that on your bread and into the buttery skillet. Toona meltz son

oo siht homie i luv dat ****. its mad gud. i gained mad weight by eating them. juss rememba to wash the iron after using it. lol i made grill cheese sandwhich then went to iron my brand new christian audiger shirt wit it lol and got cheese all over it lol. i got so pissed so i dont want u to have same problem.

yes on a bulk eat as many as you'd like, then drink a weightgainer shake.
