Started the morning at 730AM witha scoop of results and 3 Thermoocin, 2 scoops of Nitrean. Im trying the 1 scoop of results on my morning running days to see if it make any differnce in my distance to time and how long I can last with out my legs tiring. Still building lung stamina though.

1.5 mile run at 9am.

I'm running for time as SWAT try outs are next month due to a spot opening on the team. so wish me luck.

Tonight GPP work 930pm

Stairs every 3rd step up to 2nd floor 3 times was 1 sets and we did 3 sets with a 90 sec rest between.

Jump Squats
3sets 10 jumping as high as you can with each set.

1 sets of parking lot lunges

My legs are smoked. I also ran 2 miles sunday night at around 8pm then ran again the next morning.

Make your guys do one of the good CrossFit workouts ... if they're in decent shape "Fran" or "Elizabeth" ... if not, "Fight Gone Bad"
