I am 5"11 and curently weight around 202 lbs. I want to get down to around 195 or 190. I recently bought Anadrox by MHP and creatine by controlled labs.

I want to see if anyone had any thoughts on what my protein intake should be on my on days and off days. I lift on MWF and Tu/Thrs/Sat do cardio. Also, any suggestions on what my calorie intake should be for those days.
