Everyday as one of my meals I have about 20 large sized shrimp with a glass of water. I do so for the protein...according to the nutrional facts I'm getting about 30grams of protein with 20 large shrimp.. My concern is that for 20 shrimp, according to the nutrional facts, I'm getting about 90% of my daily Cholesterol intake. Should I not be eating this many shrimp on a daily basis? What could happen if I keep eating this many shrimp every day? Thanks guys!
