I heard your supposed to do HIIT after resistance training BUT if you don't do your resistance training first it can mess you up?
Anyone know more about this?
I don't really do resistance training I was wondering if i just did HIIT if i'd still get good benefits. (without lifting at all, only HIIT for about 3 weeks)
