Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums and thought I'd post up some pictures of where I'm currently at...I'm in somewhat of a slow bulking stage at the moment and am a little taller than 6'1" and weigh about 193lbs. Didn't snap any of the legs, all the guys in my family have skinny legs so I just decided to spare you all, haha. I do squats and deadlifts anyway though so no worries...Any estimate of bf% would be nice and just wanted to see how you all thought I was doing. thanks! :thumbup:

Im the same weight as you, 2 inches shorter and less lean and I don't look as big as you :P

BF% around 12 I would say, lookin good!

nice job. I'd say get bigger traps, some legs, and more triceps. Yayyyyy criticism :)

10%. You could stand to fill out a bit more at your height, but you're on the right path already, obviously.

agree with fooz, particularly on traps, will make a huge difference, and they're easy to grow, but you look great. - mike
