as a 15 year old i am a little over 5'6 and weigh about 128-130lbs. i work out pretty much all the time (at 15 you have a lot of down time lol). but im really curious about how many calories i should be getting and how much protein i should be getting and other things like that. thanks in advance

All the time is a bad thing you need time to recover. 1 hour is more than enough for hitting the weights. Aim for 1.5 grams of protein per pound and at your weight you need to EAT.

considering you're going to grow tons over the next 2-3 years, just get on a see food diet...if you see food, eat it.
