I am a 16-year-old guy who has gotten tired of carrying all this excess weight. I am 5'8 and 190lbs... I know it seems like a lot but I am very athletic playing Hockey and Soccer a couple times every week. My plan is to try to Cut and go down to about 160lbs - 170lbs, and I was wondering:

1) How many calories should I take in everyday? (Right now I am hovering around 1,000)
2) How much protein should I take in everyday? (I am taking like 100g/day by drinking two whey-milk drinks every day.)
3) Any other pointers that will help my cut.

1000 cals a day is malnutrition bro. I'd stick with 15-1800.

I know, it's just I honestly don't feel hungry and I figured that less calories just made cutting quicker.

No, No, No! Not true, at all. Make sure your getting 1 gram of protein per b.w pound. Eat like 1800-2200 calories a day. Watch what you eat. Stay away from the processed ****.
