View Full Version : i need a "diet", can anyone break it down for me?

if it helps... i weigh 138lbs
and am 5' 6"

i work out about 45 min to an hour and jog a steady pace for three miles afterward.

currently this is my "Diet"
IF i eat breakfast. its eggs.
on days i work out its one egg in a breakfast burrito
on days i dont. its two.

lunch is a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich.

snack is yogurt or bannana or fruit cocktail stuff.

dinner. what ever i can get my hands on

gainging muscle.
(however, i am not "ripped" like,,,, my abs are there just not completely and entirely defined... so i need to lose the last little bit of weight.. i jog 3 miles M W F)
