i read somewhere that if you eat eggs for a solid week and nothing else while you work out then you will gain 10 lbs of muscle.
1) doesnt that depend on the person how much muscle you will/may gain?
2) will it really benefit you with extra muscle?
thanks all.

that sounds really stupid. Would have to be at least 30lbs gain to make eating eggs for a week worth it anyway.

I do not think you will have success.
Lol, ****load of protein .... but i get sick of eating eggs pretty quickly myself. I'd rather eat yogurt for a week.

Please don't. I can almost guarantee you will lose weight. I'd have to eat 50+ eggs a day to actually gain ANY weight.

Not to mention carbs are pretty important in terms of gaining mass. I would never remove them from my bulking diet.

I think you should do it just to prove all the nutrition gurus on here that they are wrong.
