Goal 16 weeks to be 195 pounds Bench 300 Squat 400 Deadlift 450

these are horrible pictures...try to get decent poses, most muscular, back double bi, ect, small pics of part of your arm are really bad to critique

We have pretty similar stats... your biceps are a big bigger and your legs look more cut though. Must have lower body fat than me! :thumbup:

Geez, give the guy a break. You guys are ruthless. He posted a leg shot.

Good luck with your goals. You are gonna have to eat like a horse, but I think you can make very good gains in four months of hard work.

You look awesome for your age. You have a lot of potential and what seems to be a great structure for bodybuilding. Next time post larger shots that have mandatory bb poses so you can get a better critique. By the way trying to gain 40lbs in 16 weeks is a terrible idea because you will gain quite a bit of fat. You have decent stats, good size and low body fat. Whatever you are doing is working, so keep doing it.
