I currently weight 175 lbs and I am 6 feet tall. I was wondering how may calories I need to eat daily if I want to bulk up but not gain fat. I have alittle fat around my lower stomach that I am tring to get rid of too. I run in interval sprints 6 days a week for 20 minutes and lift weight 6 days a week as well. please help.
