what are your goals? is there a reason why you are only working chest, bi's, and tri's instead of entire body? i would throw in more compound movements (rows, pullups, military press...)and get in some lower body work (squats, deadlift...). you dont really need to do 100 crunches everytime you work out. pick a few core excersises (crunches, v-ups, supermans, dumbbell bends, dumbell twists, russians...)and do them in a circuit fashion for 3 circuits or so. a couple times of week should prob. be enough. also, depending on your goals, the 3 mile jogs may not be necessary. understand these are just my thoughts. everyones goals and bodies are different. ultimatly you will be the one to determine what works best for you. how is your diet? are you taking any supplements?
