2 packets instant oatmeal
2 tbsp natty pb
bananna
2 cup milk

blend.

is this too much fiber..fat..in my diet?

When do you consume these shakes? And for what purpose? As a meal, snack, post-workout...? If this is your post-workout shake, I'd add a scoop or two of protein and probably halve the amount of oatmeal, peanut butter, and milk used.

And I don't think there's such a thing as too much fiber. It'll just keep you regular.

im 6'1... 169 pounds.

i cant remove anything from any of my meals...ive been stuck at this weight for nearly 2 years.

Im exhausted.

wouldn't that answer your question then? if you're stuck at that weight, eat more..


I say add in some 2-3 scoops of protein with each shake and possibly add another shake in there sometime in the day..

That's an incredibly wimpy shake! Add some protein for sure. Also some olive oil wouldnt hurt.

Agree with all posts above...And no it's definitely not too much.
