Decided to take a couple weeks off from the shirt work. I was getting pretty beat up but I'm feelin great this week. My first exercise was full range comp grip bench with monster mini's. I didn't hit a PR, but equaled my previous PR of 425lbs bar weight

Second exercise was straight weight floor press for a single. I hit 475 for somewhat of a grinder. Not a PR (PR is 500lbs) but I didn't really expect any PRs this week. I haven't been out of my shirt in over a month. Today was fun, I'm looking forward to working on my raw for a couple weeks

Give it time bro. You bench 100lbs more than i did at 17.

Travis the weight is sick man. Jesse makes us start our floors presses from the ground. wish i could start out the rack. Were gonna do some raw heavy stuf this weekend to. The band tenision was that dbl minis you had?

doubled monster mini's, they add about 110lbs at the top, whereas doubled minis add about 90lbs at the top

Thanks for the props guys! It certainly was a fun day

Nice work bud. Do you always touch and go your floor presses?

Travis

Very nice strength. As corny as it sounds watching your vids motivates me even more to keep grinding away at this, thank you!
