Weight: 130lbs
Height: 5'6

Because of my age and weight, I think the most important thing is just trying to maintain around 3000+ calories a day (this is very hard for me) is my goal, but I do need some feedback on what I could change in my diet or eat less of or more off etc. Thanks!

Attached is an average day recording of my diet (When TRYING to eat 3000+ calories).

Also, I found out this is my intake %s

13.54% Protein
76.89% Carbs
9.57% Fat

Pretty bad. 86g of protein? I didn't think it was possible to get so little protein at 3000 cals until I saw this. I didn't look in detail, but just make sure you get at least 1g of protein and .5g of fat per lb of body mass. Anyone trying to gain weight should drink also ****load of milk, since liquid calories probably won't fill you up, and it has a good amount of protein and fat.
