Gym or otherwise...in person of course, doesn't have to be the big three:

Damian Osgood 405 easy raw at 165...it was too easy

Jack Cassidy 735x2 with OLD school Z suit DEEP, with walkout at 215
also 205x6 straight bar curl routinely, chins with 50lbs around waist all day
475 raw bench like a peanut

Al Cayer easy 425 bench at 165 and 50 years old

Dick Austin 315x6 raw at 74 years old!

Dick Austin 405x1 with shirt easy

Dick Austin any lift for that matter!!!

Hands down John Bernor's 720x5 squat, walked out with no belt!

Having trained at Iron Island for a few years and with CT, Bernor and others, I have seen some freaky stuff, but that is just something that is hard to top.

Yeah, saw the 700 raw post in Travis' log and didn't believe it then. Not calling you a liar, maybe he's brining some fake plates in. Just something I am not buying until I see it.

any of Rob Luyando's lifts. I've watched him bench several times now and it just impresses me every time.

George Halbert as well. What a great bencher, sick speed.

Chuck's 1150@275 was just jaw dropping.

Greg Panora is really quite impressive as well. He seems to get less noticed than some other lifters but is definatly set to push some records very very high at the ProAm

In person -been lucky enough to train with freaks for years - but some of the standouts:

John Bernor's 1110 squat at 308
John Bernor's 902 bench after moaning for 4 hours how he didn't feel like lifting, didn't want to drive to Jersey, etc etc
CR's 705 squat at 160 ish
everything CT has done since coming back from a heart attack 2 years ago - but especially that top 10 total at 242 after dropping like 50lbs, after the heart attack
Glenn Russo's 930 bench at 308 plus his 1000+ benches 4 weeks in a row in training
Hennis Washington's 605 squat at 132
Joe Hill 405 x 3 bench raw, no wrist wraps at 170 lbs
Ken Leistner 417 x 23 squat at 165 lbs - belt and overalls
Pat Susco walk up blocks to unrack 700, then walk it down the blocks, squat it for a double, belt and wraps, barefoot, then walk it back up the blocks to rack it (couldn't get any lower on this pair of squat stands) weighing 220
Sgt Rock 600 x 10 dl at the NERB
Jeremy Hoonstra 605 at 242 at the NERB

It's Benedikt Magnusson's 1100 pound deadlift. He did it with a tire though. That's probably easier than the regular barbell deadlifts that they do in powerlifting competitions.

I'm also gonna have to include Paul Anderson's one arm press: http://youtube.com/watch?v=kny0jxHszX0

It probably has alot to do with his genes and bone structure, but either way, the guy is a beast...

lmao. I was talking to Cronin after the awards (this is at the Classic in February btw) and he said something along the lines of "yeah but if he pisses me off I can just make him angry and watch what colour his head turns" :evillaugh:

Another good lift I just thought of was is anything by Gerry Marintette (SP?). I've never competed with him, but I've been to loads of meets with him (he's an IPF lifter). One of the most consistant, and confident lifters I've ever seen. You can deffinatly see his experience come through every time he's on the platform.

Matt Court's 1000lb squat at CPO Nationals @ (I believe) 23 years old

Watching Jesse Kellum and Eric Downey stroke 500-600 and above lbs for multiple REPS benching every weekend. Those guys are animals, really the whole team is, and I am fortunate they have taken me under there wing to train.

Brad Pitt in Fight Club, benching 630 -- best lift ever!

...but seriously, Benedikt Magnusson's 1100lb deadlift at the Arnold this year was awesome (especially with the huge, energetic crowd cheering).
