so basically day three, bulk, and ive gotten a massive headache from stuffing my face with food
i need high cal low gram food, basically calorie dense foods.
im seiously wanting to gain weight so im asking whats your guys favorite foods to eat on a bulk?

cottage cheese, natty pb and as much whole milk as I can consume in one sitting, lactose intolerance be damned.
and bananas. and burritos.
in fact, Nitrean + whole milk + powdered milk + yogurt + 2-3 T. natty pb + one banana + 1 T. olive oil = some good.
