hey im rob, bob, weed killa or the gardener iv been training with eastend barbell for a few years and have been powerlifting since august 2004. im pretty boring and emotionless and dont have any goals at the moment other then just be able to train. :thumbup:

Hey im visiting in December maybe we can do some back yard work at your place... Farmers ... prowler etc... I ordered a trap bar from some site online and only paid 100 bucks with shipping ... If i can work up to something decent without pain im gona try to do that comp in texas with the trap bar , bench press , staniding mil press , thomas inch dumbell and weighted pull up...

thanks trying routine chase has been playing with last few weeks. iv been busy last few weeks so i miss a few shirt training sessions i got some tendenitis so im prolly better off that i missed them. i plan on training mostly raw for the next 4 months i want to try and hit 1400@181 w/belt and knee wraps.
