Hi all,
I have been training for just over two months now and have made some really good improvements with my shape and i'm very happy with the ways things are going at the moment.
The problem (if it is a problem) is that I am kinda staying the same weight but I'm putting the inches on. I've been told that this is a very good thing as my definition is really showing through.
I use n-large2 after each workout as recommended by many, but I don't seem to be bulking. I sometimes weigh myself and I weigh about 194 in the nights but then in the morning or when I get home from work the following day its back to about 185 and this happens most days. I am definitely getting good results somewhere wether it be the training, diet or both but i'm stucking to about 185 -/+ and would love to gain some more.
I know its probably my diet thats not allowing me to bulk so here is what I have each day and please be frank, I know my diet is terrible.
06:30am
Bowl multi-fibre cerial with glucose
1 Multi-Vit and multi-vit drink
07:15am
Workout followed by 4 scoops of n-large 2
09:15am
Two bread rolls with a slice of bacon in each and one egg.
12:30am
Four bread rolls with 2 packs x 10 turkey slices (2gm fat per pack)
1 bowl of kiwi fruit, mixed mellons
03:30pm
Bowl of Pasta mixed with half tin of tuna
05:15pm
Steak & Jacket potato
08:00pm
Banana, apple and another bowl of cerial.
09:00pm
Bed
I also drink up to 5 ltrs of water each day.
Can anyone please help!!
