I ordered creapure before, and i was taking 20gms 1st week, then maintaining 2nd week and 3rd week of 10gms, and then 4th week i took 5gms a day. Worked so well for me, I can't begin to describe how great I felt each workout.

How would that fly on Results?

If you think you can handle 320 grams of dextrose just to load creatine then go for it. It's completely unnecessary though.

deeder, I have no idea where you came out with 320g of dextrose

to the OP, just add 5g of creapure to your Results if you want

Anyway, to the original poster, I take about 17g of Creatine 500 with my RESULTS. I just mix it right in.

to the OP, just add 5g of creapure to your Results if you want

Anyway, to the original poster, I take about 17g of Creatine 500 with my RESULTS. I just mix it right in.

My understanding was that the OP was asking if he should load with Results :thumbup:
