Damn good burgers

I was going to put this in boraccho's thread but I figured why jack eh?

Basically you just use your regular meat and mix lipton onion+mushroom soup mix in the meat before cooking

These burgers are fan freaken tastic.... grill em up and top with cheese and I could eat 4 pounds worth.

Half deer Half hamburger all ground.

little lipton onion mix

some worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

optional (pre made bbq seasoning/rub mix stuff)

Grill them up..........I like pecan wood combine with a propane grill....tell me about good stuff I got 3 doe worth of ground deer and a ton of backstraps for steaks.

Have you ever tried croutons in burgers?
From this past saturday:
80/20 GB from sams
1 1/4 LB beef
3tpsp red wine
2 spd worcestershire
garlic or garlic salt
pepper
aaand CROUTONS! (the good garlic ones)
and then some sort of good bun/bread toasted on the grill..threw some smoked bacon, sauteed mushrooms and avocado..they were great.

Lordy lordy. My coach use to make crouton burgers and they were AMAZING. I highly recommend them!
