Really, i mean in one patty (they are pretty dense but not that big)
Kirkland brand:
200 calories
5g fat
85 cholesterol (kinda high....)
35g protein !
and i just ate two of those bad boys. :)
Anyway- back to subject- what i do, and this is freakin simple, is grill em up on my george foreman, slap on a little mayo, onions, tomato, cheese. and man oh man, are they great. (i put em on golden egg buns) They're not too dry either- so long as you dont cook em for too long.
So next time you go to costco.... try some :)
