Well I started to post my workouts here in July, and as I had mentioned I had shoulder surgery in June. Well my workouts weren't going too well. My orthopedic had me go to a physical therapist. They worked on me for a month and helped me out a ton. I started training again at the end of August. I plan to post my workouts shortly.
