Yea thanks been pretty pleased so far but it was hard to gain weight with basketball and baseball 4x a week =[

the pics are rotten dude. can you get any better/bigger ones and ones that dont just show your stomach?
and from what i can tell, youve made some solid gains. could def. tell a diff. between pic one and pic three, but we need to see stuff other than your tum tum.

I just noticed that his bench max is 155. His chest looks pretty damn good for 155 lb bench.

Ill get my routine and diet up. My back has been the biggest gain but i never took a before picture but i use to have a lot of baby fat on it, but ill take arms,legs, and back ones soon sorry =/
And as far as the bench i've only tried to max out once and i tried 155 and i got it fairly easy so ill probably try 165 this week.

dont worry about baby fat dude. only dickheads will give you **** about your flaws on this site, everyone else will give you criticism. i'd estimate 8-9% for that small chunk i see.

Alright just wondering really though i eat like a hoss but im slowly getting bigger and stronger....sweet verse to jed...had that on the bottom of my bill of my baseball hat.

Actually, I just think that he's laughing at them because they (abs) are not AT ALL an indicator of strength. Personally, I like to have them myself but I couldn't care less, it's just sort of a benefit with being healthy.
