hi, i'm still new to weight lifting. i was wondering if using the saunas for about half an hour a day and running about a mile or 2 a day decrease muscle mass or lifts. also, does sauna wear off the effect of creatine?

You should be taking in more water while doing all of that. The sauna and running shouldn't decrease muscle or lifts as long as you're eating enough.

make sure your drinking in excess (water of course)
edit: if i wasnt so busy fixing my spelling ^^^^^he wouldnt have been the first response!

yeah, a LOT of water. about 2 gallons just while working out
