well ive decided to start using this ****, u guys have any suggestions other than the ones on the bottle? (take 4 spoons every day for the first 5 days, then 1 spoon per day after)

Drink a sh*tload of water.
At least 8 glasses/day.
Otherwise you will get dehydrated.

drink a ton of water, and make sure you keep lifting, dont overtake because it wont help. take about 45 minutes to an hour before you start (your first set)

After your loading phase, then i would recommend taking 2 spoonfulls a day, this worked best for me. one before you workout and after. just make sure you are getting at least 5 grams of creatine per serving. and you should be drinking lots of water anyways.

I have a two questions about this:
1. Is there such a thing as drinking too much water while on creatine? I drink around 2-3 gals a day and wanted to know if that is too much or any thoughts.
2. My skin has gotten all dried up since I started drinking so much water. What could that be?

another thing i heard is that creatine sorta bloats you up, is this in a good way or bad way?
