Thought I would throw up some pics, so you guys/girls can give advice or criticize on what I might need to give more attention to. I've been lifting solid since February. Only supplements I'm on, is MHP Trac Xtreme NO, N-Large for Protein, and trying to eat more and more everyday. I am 5'9" and as of last night 188.6 lbs. I started at 170lbs in Februaury. I maxed for 1 rep about 2 weeks ago, and got 365 clean (I know you probably want a video, and I will try to get one next time). Tried 405 just for the hell of it, but my lifting partner said he gave me a slight nudge when I started to push back up, so I don't count it. Just started doing Deads 2 weeks ago, and started a more aggressive leg routine. Haven't maxed out either yet, but currently doing 250 x 9 on deads, and 240 x 20 for squats( WBB 2 routine). So thats where I'm at, please feel free to guess my BF% and critique. I feel that my legs and lats need more attention. What do you think?

I think you look awesome. For just starting deads, you're back does not look like it's lagging to me.

Jed I think 365 deadlift cleanly.
nice work, being lean and good amount of muscle is hard to do... I agree about the lats (they are hard to flex to make them the most impressive though), and legs can hardly ever be to large.

Thanks for the comments. I appreciate it. I think it is hard to notice yourself changing or how you look, until someone else tells ya. Refering to the 365, that was my 1 rep max for bench. I haven't maxed deads, or squats yet. I am going to wait until I feel comfortable enough with those excercises' to max (aka - Get a lil stronger)

Bill - yeah the lat thing to me is kind of frusterating. When I get done with this WBB 2 routine, I am going to switch it up to more dumbbell rows, etc.

Any estimates on BF%?

I'm a very sarcastic drunk. You look amazing, dude. Especially considering your experience. I'd say you're sitting at about 11% BF. And I agree with Tennessee Mike, looks like your weak point is back thickness.

Thanks to everybody for the criticism. I appreciate it. I agree with the suggestions on the back thickness, I feel the same. Hopefully after the next few weeks/months doing Deads, it will improve. We'll see.

Oh, Keith - No worries Bro its all good. 11%? I will go with that, thanks.

"Looking real strong Mike. Keep it up!" - Tuef.... Thanks Brotha

Any guesses on BF %?

Since it looks like nobody else is going to answer your question, I will. I'd say about 9-10%. I agree with a lot of the other comments - your physique is very inspirational.

so you just became dedicated since february or you literally started lifting in february? because that would be some sick progress...

L3THAL

I've been lifting off and on, but I usually got into for a couple of months, then my schedule got jacked and never made myself get back to it 'til like 1 1/2 - 2 yrs went by. When I did my work up for Iraq, and while we were there, I got in pretty good shape. Then when we got back and I started a new job, I was gone from the house 13-14hrs a day, and just didnt have the time. We recently had a gym open up locally, then I got a membership and have been going ever since, but this time I wont stop unless I get into a freak accident with a llama.......what!

Eastbaylifter: Thanks for answering my question Bro, and thanks for the comments.
