Needing the motivation of others, as well as the criticism as I go along, I have decided to make one of these. Mainly gonna focus on the dieting, because I feel my training is good. Gotta cut the body fat on me though.

5'11
165lbs
12% body fat (all on my abs) :(

Here are today's goods.

Workout: Chest Day. Excellent. Went up in weight all all exercises. Go me! :)

Diet:

Got a late start because I felt like sleeping in an extra hour instead of eating and showering before class. Poor classmates :)

8:30am - Protein Bar
10:30am - 6 egg beaters, 1/2c Oats, 1c Strawberries
2:30pm (Post Workout) - Powerade w/ 5g creatine
3:00pm - 3 grilled chicken tenderloins, 8oz green beans, 8oz corn
5:00pm - 2 slices wheat bread, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2c skim milk
8:00pm - 1c cottage cheese, blueberries, 1oz cashews
11:00pm - flax oil, 3 turkey slices

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1921
Fat: 62
Carb: 178
Protein: 180

Don't feel I did that well today. Need to up the carbs and fat a bit. Need to get to Super Target to get some more real eggs, but that stupid snowstorm messed up those plans :(

Are you taking a protein shake?
I didnt see on in there.

You should replace that powerade with one. You need the protein after your workout.

I used to take them and mix a banana in with it to make it not taste so bad, but I cut out the banana since it was a simple carb, and found other ways to get my daily protein needs.

Workout: Didn't work out because the pain in the joint between my groin and hip is killing me. Going to get it checked out tomorrow.

Diet:

9:30am - Protein Bar
12:00pm - 1/2c oats, 2 eggs
3:00pm - 1c cottage cheese, 2 tbsp p.b
6:00pm - 8oz green beans, 2 grilled chicken strips, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 2 tbsp p.b.
9:00pm - 1c cottage cheese, 1c strawberries, 1oz cashews
12:00am - 3 turkey slices, flax

Totals For The Day:
Calories: 1983 (good job)
Fat: 92g (A Bit High)
Carbs: 119g (Bad Justin!)
Protein: 183g (A Bit High)

Bad day, but most of the day was spent stuck in snow eating what was left in the bare fridge. Gotta get food tomorrow when I can actually get my car out of the parking lot.
