figured I start logging my run times and what I run on here my phone just ran outta spots to put notes.....I wish I woulda took before and after pics as of today I weighed in at 169 during winter I weighed 192 at my heaviest , and I'm gaining muscle as well in my lifting (haven't been recording everything I done lift wise I'm useing 5X5 routine though , but I might start recordin lifting to not sure)

(the 2 mile hosp. run is actually 2.3miles to be exact)
(The MTNS I refer to is quarts mtn. park in oklahoma)

I wish I could run even 1 mile a day... lol.

ya I plan to keep doing it for a good long while it's slimming me down and upping my endurance i love it.

I wish I could do that. Ive been trying and ive been killing 1/4 miles lol. any tips for a new runner. Im shooting for a mile and a half in under 14 minutes

get your breathing time down it helps a bunch... personally i liek running to someplace if you understand what i mean. I prefer running from point a-point b instead of a treadmill. I run up around our hospital and back (2.3miles) and my time is a lot better than if i did the same distance at a normal track or a treadmill.


just gotta work at it you see at the start i was at like 16:30 now i shed 2 minutes off that....I like to run a couple hard days followed by a med. one like i try to have a couple 2 miles days then have a 1.25mile day. supplements and work will get your time down a bunch how big are you?

well Im 5'9" and 210 at the moment. I go to my local school and run at the track to keep progress. Thanks

I prefer tracks over running on a machine........ just work at it i went from 192 and now i'm down at 169-173 area and I've gained muscle lifting and running I'm feeling great,


(also feels great takeing the day off today lol)

today was brutal bunch of people out mowing and stuff tore my lungs up. i have alsthma and useually its perfectly fine and doesn't effect me but man today was killer.

squezzed another one in under what my summer goal of 14:30 is. Wishi woulda times the 22nd i think i coulda up'd my PR i ran good that day.

yesterday sucked didn't feel good at all ,but I feel quite a bit better about to go knock todays run out then lift some.
