lots of volume there. May i ask why?

syntekz

It is?

6 sets for chest
6 sets for back (not including the shrugs)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I actually am upping my volume a bit from what I normally do. Trying something different. I've been really dissapointed in myself lately. Feel like I haven't grown in ages.

I ran 2 miles today without stopping. I'm getting there. Ha!

My hip was bothering me a bit tonight. Maybe from running, not sure.

Hahaha keep running! Pfft, while you're getting into better all around shape, becoming healthier and having a healthier heart/cadiovascular system, I'll be stronger and bigger while not being able to walk 2 blocks without huffy and puffy! Looks like I'll have the advantage, jerkface!

Not that I have noticed. We'll see tonight though. I have only been running for about 3 - 4 weeks now. I'm starting to enjoy it so I've gotten past the first bump.

Good job big guy. When you do your deads, do you use straps? Do you lock out at the top?

Anyways, you better not slack, because I'm right behind you. :evillaugh
