i read somewhere a while there was some study saying this was beneficial???i cant find it atm... ive been doing this for 2 weeks i put mass back that i lost..im just wondering should if you guys have a shake before and after???...or maybe have one after and another one later in the day or before sleeping???what the better options?..caus if this is not a good idea i dont wanna be wasteful..its also an expense thing..sorry if this has been done..
